I chose the name of my business very carefully.

–>The Phoenix is a symbol of transformation and resurrection. Over the course of my life, I have reinvented myself several times. Some of those times were professional moves, from professor to trainer to project manager, etc. Some of those times involved personal transformation, including the moment when I decided to change my name as a result of making a significant change in my life. You may be wondering what comes next in your life. You may be looking for a significant change. Wherever you are, I will walk with you to your hoped-for destination.

–> Nests are places where we feel safe. They are also places where beings grow. I want to provide a safe environment where you feel free to ask questions, look deeply into yourself, and formulate new stories to tell about your life.

–>Soul Arts are those which are driven by inquiry, and which lead us to change. The medium of the art is not as important as the process of making it. I have led people through change processes using a variety of media: book arts, painting, paper arts, quilting, and so on. I offer a variety of experiences so that you can choose the one that best suits you.
